WooCommerce Klarna Integration

  • It says on the plugin that it is possible to integrate Klarna. We have requested Klarna on the stripe website successfully but are now stuck on how to integrate it in WooCommerce. Klarna does not appear on the WooCommerce payment list.

    Any idea on how to proceed?

    Hi @ronnie129

    Once our plugin is installed, if you navigate to the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page then Klarna should be visible there as a payment option that can be enabled.

    Are you saying you don’t see Klarna listed on that WooCommerce Payments page?

    Yes, exactly. Stripe Klarna does _not_ appear on the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page.

    @ronnie129 Typically that means there is some plugin that’s filtering out the payment methods. We’ve seen currency switcher plugins do that before.

    I’d take a look at the list of plugins that you have enabled and see if one of them is filtering the Klarna payment method for some reason.
