Woocommerce Just show 2 Columns

Hello everybody, this is my first question on this forum.

please, Id like to receive help with an inssue, just happening on Himalyas theme, I didn’t find this topic over the forum.

My woocommerce page store is just showing 2 columns and it is not changed even if I set up for 4 columns in the personalization. I guess it wold be some inssue with the theme.
