    Hi all

    I’m using the Photonic theme.

    I’m receiving this message on my website on the shop page:

    No products were found matching your selection.

    I’ve been all over the internet so have tried:

    – Deactivating all plugins: Nope
    – Uninstalling all plugins: Nope
    – Trying 2012 theme: Nope
    – Making sure all woo commerce items are categorised and visible and published.

    I’m completely stumped, any ideas?

    FYI: I have installed the WooCommerce ‘Photography’ addon, so it has added the new ‘photography’ taxonomy. – But I’m seeing lots of people having this same issue without that.

    Really desperate for some help, the theme creators are being extremely slow at replying and WooCommerce haven’t replied to the ticket raised.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please use to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    I’m sure they’ll reply as soon as they can.
