    One week ago woocommerce stopped sending any kind of emails to the customers but i still get new order mails to my mail. My hosting says that the emails are been sending and been reciving but, the client doesnt get the emails. Please help. what can i do?

    Can you ask them to check their Spam folder?
    Can you also test by creating a test customer and making a test purchase on your site?

    I did a test purchase and the mails are going to spam. What should i do?

    This happens often with webserver email: other sites on the same server are likely sending lots of email that has been marked as spam. Now that you’re on the same server and trying to send email, your email is being marked as spam as well.

    The best way to handle this is to use a dedicated SMTP provider. Here’s a good place to get started:
