    Hi,

The company hosting my website has recently blocked the access of many third-parties API that were connected to my WooCommerce plugin due to too many server requests (more than 3M HTTP requests in a day, despite the fact that there were only 4k visitors).

According to their analysis, most of these requests are generated by the IP address of the team when we use WooCommerce admin functions (e.g. open product modification page, open order details page, create promo code, etc.).

Is there a way to rationalize drastically the number of requests (i.e. by grouping them for example) or determining which third-party plugins are causing the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Maxime

    Hi @maximed

    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
