WooCommerce iOS App iPad display order details

    Hi

    I have a client using the WooCommerce iOS app on mobile and iPad. When displaying orders the mobile version of the app is displaying order detail information as we’d like – ‘product name’ ‘order value for weight’ ‘quantity’ ‘price’ ‘SKU’.

    The iPad version of the iOS app does not display the ‘order value for weight’ field but does display the other order details.

    The ‘order value for weight’ is essential for my client to see.

    Any advice on why the iPad version is displaying less order information in the app?

    btw ‘order value for weight’ is probably not the actual field name but my own description.

    Hi there!

    May I know if the versions of the iOS app on both devices are the same? You can find out the app version by going to My store > Settings > WooCommerce.

    I would recommend reaching out to us at [email protected] with the following information so we can assist you in private through emails:

    1) The app versions of both devices
    2) Site address
    3) Screenshots on both devices
    4) The URL of this forum thread
