    Hi there, I have WooCommerce and Square integrated, however inventor data is not being pushed into Square. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but nothing seems to trigger the inventory push. I have logs enabled, but no errors are being recorded.

    Under “Update” section in the “Square” tab under WooCommerce Settings, “0 products” is listed on the most recent sync.

    Any idea why this might be occurring? The only way to have inventory populate into Square is to manually import, but that still does nothing to help with the sync issue.

    From what you are saying, the inventory data is not syncing from WooCommerce into Square i.e. WooCommerce → square. You have tried to connect/disconnect and the behaviour persists.

    Can you please try a sync with just WooCommerce and square active and see if the behaviour persists? You can follow these steps – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    This will help ruling out any conflict from other plugins.

    Thank you! I figured out the issue: individual items had the “Send product data to Square” box unchecked.

    I have over 2000 items, so I guess I’ll have to update that for each item.

    Is there a recommended way to adjust which fields are synced? Currently I have data flowing FROM WooCommerce INTO Square, but eventually once all data is properly synced I want to set Square as the System of Record.

    Current issue is things like images are NOT being synced into Square (and the brand/product maker).

    Also inventory is listed as zero in Square and it does not appear that can be altered? These are all unique items so there should be at least 1 item available in inventory as opposed to 0 currently displayed.

    Hey @wc968tr ,

    Before we proceed further, I’d like to get a few more details:

    1. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Also, can you please let us know what’s the System of Record on your site? You can find it at WooCommerce > Settings > Square.
