Woocommerce Integration with Coursepress

    Hi,

    In around 1 year we are still having the same bug on our Coursepress (Free) + Woocommerce website.

    The user failed payment once, tried again (successfully) but student is not generated.

    To generate the student I have to basically go into the last payment page of the user (the completed one), change the status from completed to canceled and then back to completed again. Then the student on coursepress is finally generated. This happens for the 70% of the new customers.

    I can do this manually, but the problem is that it happens on the weekend we have a mass of furious users saying that we are scamming them because they cannot access to the courses.

    I now tried another way, by disabling the “Hold Stock field” which is set to 60 minutes by default. I will let you know if this works.

    This is very important and I hope to find a solution ASAP.

    Hope you are doing well!

    I’ve tried to see the issue on my end and could not replicate it. Please let me know what payment gateway is enabled on your site? Do all the payments fails the first time?

    Would you please create a staging site and deactivate all other plugins besides Woocommerce and CoursePress and see if you can replicate this issue? If all will go well, please stat activating one plugin at a time till every time testing this issue.
