    Hi,

First of all, thank you for the beautiful theme.

Second, I have a question regarding my shop page, using the Woocommerce plugin. On this page I experience some difficulties with the sidebar (I’m using Sidebar-default).

    1. On the shop page the sidebar does not appear on its regular spot at the right side of the page, but at the bottom, left of the Footer.

    2. I would actually prefer to use a different setup for the sidebar at my shop page than I have on the rest of the website (rest of the website subscribing to newsletter and stuff, shop page search function for the shop, filter, categories etc.). However, I cannot get this to work, I have for example tried the Custom Sidebar plugin but the changes I made don’t have an effect.

Unfortunately, I cannot post the link to my website since it is not online yet, but I hope you can help me anyway!

    Kind regards,
    Elise

Elise, thanks so much for the kind words and for trying out Kale. We appreciate it.

We’re actually working on an update (to be released over the weekend) that addresses these issues:
    = WooCommerce template fix
    = Special WooCommerce sidebar

If you can please wait for a couple more days, this should automatically be resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The update was just pushed (latest version is now 1.2). WooCommerce template and styling has been updated so this issue should be fixed now.

Thanks! I see the sidebar is now on the side of the shop indeed, which is great ?? Do you also know where I can find the special WooCommerce sidebar?

Ah, sorry, looks like the special WooCommerce sidebar was only added in the pro version, not the free one.

You can either upgrade to pro or if you’re comfortable with code, add a new widget area to a child theme?
