woocommerce integration problem

  • I have the plugin in pro version but I can not make it work with woocommerce. every new order is not inserted on the plugin.
    another problem is the print button, it does not work.

    Does anyone help me?

    Hi Ivan,

    How are the new WooCommerce orders being created? Are people placing these orders on the front end, or are you manually creating them in the admin? The feature to automatically create a corresponding order in our plugin only works with orders that are placed from the site (front end), not ones created in the admin. Also, you need to make sure you have “WooCommerce Integration” set to “Yes”, in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.

    Could you let us know what’s happening when you click the print button? We just tested that feature and it seems to be working. It might help if you could provide us with a link to your tracking page (and an order number), so we can see what’s going on.
