WooCommerce integration doesn’t help the chat bot?

Hello,
I integrated with my woocommerce site but the chatbot doesn’t pull the right answer at all. For example, though I ask price of a certain products, the chat bot give me a formatted answer. BTW, my site is totally on Japanese. (So I instructed my chat bot to communicate in Japanese, but not always).
Also, I pointed Grok, but you have only Grok-Beta option. Do you have plan to stretch to Grok 2 1212 soon?
One more thing, AI Agent seems working, but never give me transcripts. Do I need to anything?
