    Hi there,

    I was just wondering if anyone could please provide me with some help as my search currently doesn’t seem to be working.

    I have a number of woocommerce products (in excess of 1000) and not a single one seems to show in the search results.

    I have done the obvious checks and re indexed a number of times along side following steps in similar posts.

    I would really appreciate any help with this!

    It’s probably caused by either:

    1) Not indexing products. Double check that Relevanssi is set to index the “product” custom type.

    2) Not searching products. I’ve seen WooCommerce setups where the theme blocks products from the search with the “post_type” parameter being set to “post”. Make sure this isn’t happening on your site.

    I have just double checked both of these suggestions and everything is set up correctly and still not working.

    Could you suggest anything else worth trying?

    I have contacted woocommerce and they have checked and the issue seems to sit with Relevanssi.

    That would help, but I only do that much support for paying customers. If you buy a Relevanssi Premium license, I’m happy to take a look.

    Hi Mikko,

    As an agency we were considering purchasing your plugin until we experienced this issue, as we will be using on a large number of our sites, as this is a great plugin.

    If you could reassure that you would be able to get this sorted for us then we would have no issue in purchasing ??

    Well, I can’t promise that it’ll work, because themes are different and some are simply not going to be Relevanssi compatible, but this is certainly something I can take a look at if you buy the Premium plugin. Also, if it doesn’t work out and you don’t need the plugin, you can get a refund.

    I’ll say it right away that if you’re using some kind of framework theme that doesn’t have simple search results template, that’s most likely not going to work. That much I’ve learnt.
