    Hi @jasien139,

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties installing WooCommerce.

The reasons for 502 errors can be numerous, from minor browser-related issues to problems with your hosting company. Can you try to install WooCommerce again after following these steps?

    • Disable all plugins
    • Clear browser cache
    • Launch browser in Incognito/Private Mode
    • If you’re using a CDN turn it off

This video tutorial will go over how to fix the 502 Bad Gateway error.

Lastly, if nothing works, you can manually install WooCommerce using FTP. Here’s a handy tutorial.

Hope this leads to a resolution.

    Hi @rainfallnixfig ,

    Thanks alot for the advice,
i tried the cognito mode and it worked! ?? i was stuck with this for a whole day.

what could be the issue in this instance that it was required for me to use incognito mode?

    Thanks again!

Great! Glad to hear it worked using incognito mode ??.

Browser extensions are not loaded and history & cookies are deleted in incognito mode on Chrome or in private mode on other browsers. It was probably a conflicting extension that caused the issue.
