    Hi @nick1999 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues when trying to install the WooCommerce plugin.

As a first step, please download the WooCommerce plugin and then try to install the plugin by first uploading it via FTP.

Please see the below documentation which is helpful in guiding you through this process:

    https://wooassist.com/how-to-install-woocommerce-on-your-wordpress-site/

Additionally, please confirm that you are logged in as Administrator, then navigate to ToolsSite HealthInfo, select Filesystem Permissions and confirm that all directories are writable, as seen in the screenshot below?

Please let me know how this goes!

    Hi @nick1999,

If this does not work, try to disable all other plugins on the site and switch the theme to something simple like Storefront or Twenty Twenty Two and install WooCommerce by itself. If this works, re-activate your theme and then the plugins a few at a time until either the issue occurs, or you are set to go.

    Hope these help!
