• Hi,

I have set up a website for my client using Woocommerce, it is a UK based store selling both Standard Rate and Zero Rate taxed items.

The shipping cost also needs to be inclusive of tax where applicable so in the Woocommerce Tax settings I have set Shipping Tax Class to “Shipping tax class based on cart items.”

I have in-putted the country codes for which Standard Rate and Zero Rate tax is applicable, however if I check the Shipping box for that country’s row, the shipping tax is then applied on top of the current shipping cost amount.

My client has advised that the shipping cost needs to be inclusive of tax where applicable, but either way the shipping cost is to stay the same.

    Is this possible?

Or should the shipping rates be in-putted exclusive of tax, then shipping tax is only applied if the customer in a taxable country?

    Thanks in advance.
