  • Hi jgcramer,

Where are you initially entering your products (e.g. in Ultimate Product Catalog first or in WooCommerce first)? We’re asking because we are trying to determine which way the product sync is going.

Also, in the initial place where you’ve added your products, can you send us an example of what is currently entered in the “Price” box of one of your products?

Iám using UPC to add my prices.

    I have a product for 0,96 € , WooCommerce shows 96 €

I have filled in UPC ‘0,96’

    Hi jgcramer,

Wordpress usually uses the American method of reading prices, so the commas you’re using aren’t being picked up in the system.

For example, with this price: “0,96 €”, WordPress will ignore the comma and read it like this: 096 € (after which it’ll disregard the zero at the beginning and list the price like this: 96 €)

In your import file, can you try to change the commas in your prices to periods instead and remove the € symbol?
So this: 0,96 €, will become this: 0.96

Also, if you haven’t already, go to UPCP settings -> Options -> Basic and set the “Currency Symbol” to .

Is it possible to delete the product from WooComerce and reimport them?

    Hi jg,

We don’t control the deletion of products in WooCommerce.

If you mean that you want to resync them in WooCommerce, you could try turning off WooCommerce sync, going to WooCommerce and deleting all the products, and then turning WooCommerce sync back on.
