WooCommerce Import missing “Vendor” field

    Hello,

    I am running Wyzi directory plugin that utilizes WCFM Marketplace. When I’m using a dedicated WooCommerce Import function, there is no way of adding “vendor” to the product. Is there a way to do it via the database and in which table?

    A note – I am importing the products with all meta fields, but the vendor is missing. Do you know why?

  • I agree, very frustrating. It is time consuming to manually assign Vendors as Product Massive Editing (which means by each product page).

    I hope they can implement this, but it seems the the Support just disappeared on this and many reported bugs.

    – You may do so. Add a column “Store” to the CSV and specify vendor’s user id at the column.

    In “Map To Field” drop down list there is not the “store” field.
    What should I do ?

    What is your WCFM Ultimate plugin’s version?

    I don’t have Ultimate. If you confirm that in ultimate there is the field “Store” and that it is mapped to what in WCFM is the Vendor/Sold By then I can upgrade to Ultimate.

    Does Ultimate allow CSV upload of Variations products (parent/child products for size, colors variation) ?

    – Yes WooCommerce default product importer.

    If I buy Ultimate does the CSV Import allow CSV upload of Variations products (parent/child products for size, colors variation) ?
    Or do I need to buy something else for variations upload ?

    – WCFM Ultimate does not have any special importer tool. It’s default WooCommerce product importer.

    WooCommerce product importer supports variation import along with attributes.

    I don’t have the STORE option there either. My WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Ultimate version is 6.4.4.

    try to use the field post_author, it works, shown as “store/Vendor”.

    This is good, now select from drop down list on the right the value you assigned in excel/csv to Post_Author. You will see it works.
    This is usually not disclosed so we have to buy the premium version.

    @gabrielefortunato there is no Store or Post_Author option in the dropdown. I have purchased the premium option. This is so frustrating.

    @wclovers can you please advise??
