Woocommerce Import Error: Invalid image

When I try to import my products from csv file, I cannot import images.
The problem is that images have no extension (e.g. .jpg) as they come from an external source and are generated product images.
The URL to an image would look like this:
https://www.misite.com/pic/d2lTSTIyUGFsNmg4cHZKY0xQ9BdFoxUWI%3DWhen I import my products I have the external URL in the csv
