    I have tried several of the fixes mentioned in other threads but none have worked.

    I downloaded my products and made some adjustments to the quantity on hand.

    Saved as a CSV file, tried to upload. The file mapped correctly because in the sample window on the left I can see line 1 has the updated information.

    Put when I click update, the update window just sits there. I even left it running for over an hour and still just sits there. There is no error message displayed, it just refuses to upload.

    How many products are you trying to update? Are you using the WooCommerce core CSV import tool found at Products → All products? When you say it refuses to upload, it starts the process but never ends it?

    As a first step, we would like to check your site setup. Kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    It was not resolved I gave up getting it to work on my live site. It works on the test site but not the live site.

    Sorry to hear about this. Does pushing the changes in your staging site to the live site resolve this? Could you check the Staging and Live sites System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status, and see if there are any differences?
