woocommerce – images, hard crop in – how to create even square tiles

how to achieve clean cropped-in images with square tiles ?

all the rugs still show one side (white background), i basically want to crop in (zoom in) more so the edges of the rugs are not visible and the tiles will be filled fully with the center design of the rug.

i’ve tried changing media settings in WP media as well as product setting in woo commerce and regenerating thumbnails. no effect. or i’m not changing the correct values. iv’e tried uploading different image size from 1500px to 2000px
