WooCommerce images getting deleted

    Hi,

    I am trying to delete the old images from an e-commerce website of my client.

    Some images with the ‘Seems not use’ issue that were deleted were being used.

    He doesn’t use any page builder, but WooCommerce is version 3.9.2. Was this the problem?

    How are those images being used exactly? How are they used in WooCommerce? Is another plugin is required for handling/displaying that image?

    WooCommerce 3.9.2 is not a problem ??

    Hi Jordy, thanks!

    I think I discovered the plugin that caused the problem, it was ACF – Advanced Custom Fields PRO.

    I got this notification today: “Important note about the following plugin(s): ACF. They require additional checks which are implemented in the Media Cleaner Pro.”

    If I buy the pro version of your plugin will I be able to delete the images without any problems? How can I be sure of this?

    Indeed, the Pro version supports ACF (and that wouldn’t work with the free). It should work, if it doesn’t, simply contact me ??
