woocommerce Image thumbnails disappeared in produc page

  • Hello,
    i’m using wp + elementor pro + woocommerce + shop engine.
    The little thumbnail gallery under the mail image of the product disappeared in the product page.

    Can somebody help me please?

    I have logged in to the link you have provided and I see the image gallery below the main image.
    I leave you a picture.
    It is possible that you are having a problem with your browser. I recommend deleting your browsing history along with the cache and cookies.

    I am disabling all the plugins 1 by 1, i found that WooCommerce Product Video Gallery goes in conflict and doesn’t show the thumbnail… Why? Until the last week everything worked fine…

    but i had to disable it and now i cannot place videos in the gallery ??
