If I’m understanding correctly you’re reporting that the cart icon on the top right corner of your website does not appear, as we can see from this image.
From reviewing the source code of the page, I can see the cart icon appears to be coming from an Elementor widget so they would be best placed to help look into what is causing it not to be displayed.
