    Hi everyone,
    I am in the process of setting up a little online store on wordpress.
    At first I thought, that I am going to use Gelato and after setting up the shop I integrated it into WooCommerce.
    But now I can see, that Spreadshop would be the better fit for my business. So I would like to know, how I can change the integration in WooCommerce from Gelato to Spreadshop?
    I installed the Spreadshop plugin.
    But how do I disintegrate Gelato? (Do I need to delete the shop?)
    I tried to deactivate the Gelato Plugin, but the shop is still there.
    Happy about any advice.

    Hi @tinahuegel,

    Thank you for reaching us about your shop. As I understand, you’re trying to set up a shop either through Gelato then changed your mind and went for Spreadshop, and are worried about the shop not being deleted from Gelato?

    This would be out of scope for us as it sounds the issue is the shop still being on Gelato, correct? I found this though, which may help you fully delete it: https://support.gelato.com/en/articles/8996517-how-do-i-disconnect-my-woocommerce-store-from-gelato.

    I think this is a misunderstanding.
    I integrated Gelato into WooCommerce and I want to disconnect it and connect my shop on Spreadshop instead.
    How can I do that?
    Is there a way to dis-integrate a shop, once you integrated it into WooCommerce?

    But as my colleague mentioned, this forum is for WooCommerce core, and Gelato is a third-party plugin, so we are not able to assist you with disconnecting it.

    To get help with this, please reach out to their support here, as they should be able to help you properly disconnect everything.
