  • Same problem after updating today – home was gone, analytics was gone, marketing was gone. I tested the site in a different browser and they were back… not sure the issue but maybe some kind of caching.

Hi, we have tried to check through incognito browser and also another browsers, but issue still available.

We also contacted the hosting support and there’s no issue with our servers.

Maybe try lowering or raising php version to test.

We are using php 74 for long time and we have never face such these issues before.

That’s all I know aside from checking default theme and no other plugins active. My similar issue happened when upgrading woocommerce so maybe roll back the plugin. Sorry couldn’t help.

    Hi @allofmalls,

I was not able to access the link you shared so I didn’t get a picture of the issue.

Nonetheless, it’s good to first check whether the issue is caused by a plugin/theme conflict.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check if the WooCommerce → Home is showing

If the problem doesn’t recur after completing the above conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, checking if the problem reappears until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We’d appreciate knowing the outcome of this test.
    Thanks.
