    Good morning in the forum,
    I am desperate.

Without having done anything, and even without activating storage, I have received the following message in our shop since today. Yes, we are currently working on it or are under construction.

If you now go to the shop, the following message appears.
Package on the shop page !!

    https://www.nordic-dachblech.de/Fehlermeldung.jpg

Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.

But you can put goods in the shopping cart, just what kind of message is that and how do I get it away?

As I said, all updates were carried out, so they are all up to date. I don’t know whether that was last week. Yes, work when logged in and not logged out.

I would be very happy to hear from you. Many Thanks.

    Hi @blechking,

Do you mean the error message is not affecting the checkout process and customers are able to purchase items?

This error may occur due to the product being restricted to purchase from WooCommerce or the price, type, or any other required information is not added while creating the product.

Another reason for this to occur could be a plugin blocking it from checkout. I recommend reviewing the product settings and conflict test it. Once on conflict test, try buying the same product from the WooCommerce’s default checkout page with only WooCommerce+Storefront+Stripe or PayPal.

If the behavior persists, please share your site system status report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Would be great to share a link to the product on your live site to replicate too!
