Woocommerce help

I have a woocommerce product that is T-shirt. The shirt is always black, has an organization attribute (4 options) dropdown, state attribute (US States) Dropdown and Sizes S-4X. This is easy to setup no problem there. What I need however is a plugin or mod that allows the customer to choose their attributes but has to order a minimum of 36 shirts and can choose any size within that product as long as that product adds to 36 pieces minimum. With Zen Cart I could do a grid layout of the sizes attribute where they could enter quantities under each size available. I am hoping I can achieve this with woocommerce. We have migrated away from Zen Cart and love woocommerce but having a hard time finding something that will give me this functionality. PLEASE HELP!!!
