Woocommerce groups subscription not working

    Hello,

    I am using the groups plugin and have also purchased the woocommerce groups and woocommerce subscriptions plugins. I have followed the instructions to set group access on subscriptions. However, when a user registers and successfully joins a subscription, the “paid subscriber” group is never added. See https://imgur.com/a/jMTna for screenshots. Am I missing something?

    Please use the appropriate support forums for premium plugins, the forums here are related to the free plugins (in this case Groups) and there are proper support channels intended to provide you with help on premium plugins.
