WooCommerce Google Pay button missing from product page when cached

When the woocommerce product pages are cached they don’t show the Google Pay request button from stripe. Looks like the cart and payment pages are not cached so they should be fun but I’d like to have the pay now buttons on the product pages but still have them cached. Is this possible?
