[WooCommerce] Get rid of Previous Step if on Step 1

Hi,

I have a WordPress website where I want the Previous Step button to show when your on Step 2 or later but if your on Step 1, dont show the Previous Step button to the last category. How do I achieve this? My page is below.

I am using the woocommerce plugin if that is any help.
