WooCommerce Germanized 2.3 wird in der aktuellen Version nicht unterstützt

    after upgrading all my plugins and WP to the latest version, I get this message:

    WooCommerce Germanized 2.3 wird in der aktuellen Version nicht unterstützt - du kannst eine ?ltere Version installieren

    I see you just released v2.3.0 three days ago, and under Plugins it says I’m using version 2.3.0, but when I go to WooCommerce > Status, I see it says “1.8.5 Nicht getestest mit der aktiven WooCommerce-Version”, which I find interesting.

    Should I install the previous version 2.2.12, or can I just ignore this error or do you guys need to update something?

    System:
    WP 5.2
    PHP 7.2
    WooCommerce 3.6.2

    Let me know if you need any other info

    Hi,

    this error indicates that your Germanized Pro version is outdated – you seem to have updated the basic version but not the pro version. Please check the following document: https://vendidero.de/dokument/wichtige-plugins-fehlen-sind-veraltet-oder-werden-nicht-unterstuetzt

    What is your current Germanized Pro version?

    current version of Pro is 1.8.5, but there is no option to upgrade this one. It should be noted that as we are upgrading a lot of stuff at once, we first set up a test environment on a subdomain (test.domain.tld) so maybe that’s why the upgrade is not showing, because the pro plugin is bound to domain.tld?

    Hi there,

    yes, that could be a problem. You should update the plugin manually on that subdomain by downloading the latest version in our customer area (under downloads) or you should use a “whitelisted” subdomain e.g.

    test.my-registered-domain.de
    dev.my-registered-domain.de

    If you have registered your license within Dashboard > Vendidero for these domains you should be able to get auto-updates.
