Woocommerce-generated JSON-LD structured data

Hi,
1. My first question is how does woocommerce generate the structured data and, furthermore, how do I convince it to update the data it seems to be automatically generating ? For example, the “description” entry seems not to be updated when I update this field into the WordPress interface. It seems as though woocommerce generated this data when I created the product and not will never update its information again.
2. Secondly, I am using Polylang with Woocommerce and all is working well except that Woocommerce is showing me the wrong price in the wrong currency. When I navigate to the English version of a product, Woocommerce includes in its generated JSOn-LD the Romanian price and currency, for reasons that are unknown to me. Can you please suggest how to work around that ? Based on 1. and 2., am I better off disabling the JSON-LD feature of woocommerce completely ?

Oh, never mind, I went ahead and disabled the structured data feature using the tutorial I found here:

I leave the link here, maybe someone else needs to do the same.
