WooCommerce GB Tax Standard Rate Keeps Switching to 0%

That does sound strange and not something I’ve experienced on any of my test installations which all have a GB tax rate of 20% set on them. Is it only the GB tax rate you see reverting to 0% and does the IE one ever suffer from that behaviour?

Could you please send us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find this report by navigation to WooCommerce > Status on your website. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Once you’ve done that, can you then paste the contents of the report into your next response for us?

Hi Stuart, thanks for the response.

Yes I can confirm that this only happens to the GB tax I’ve set, the Ireland (IE) tax I’ve set remains the same.

I’ve experience this roughly 3/4 times in the last 2-3 weeks, but have not altered any tax settings, only when I need to add 20% back onto the GB tax setting!
