WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Checkout requires cURL to be installed on your server

@larry-mcmahon PP Checkout does a check for cURL in this way:

		if ( ! function_exists( 'curl_init' ) ) {
			throw new Exception( __( 'WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Checkout requires cURL to be installed on your server', 'woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout' ), self::DEPENDENCIES_UNSATISFIED );
		}

It is checking for the curl_init function in PHP, as defined here:
https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.curl-init.php

The only thing I can think that’s happening is the PHP version on your server isn’t compiled with cURL. The host should be able to help with this:
