Woocommerce front end form submission

Hi,

I have been looking all over the web and want to find out how to add product type(simple, variable) to a front end form like jet engine or formidable forms so when a client selects the product I can add other items through conditional logic.

I just need to know how to link the front end product type to the backend product type.

Any help will be really appreciated.
