You can find your System Status Report via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi

Should the freight be entered as Flat Rate (Tax Status None or Taxed) when client is GST registered.

If I enter as Flat Rate Taxed, then I have to put in the Ex GST amount so it displays the correct inc GST

eg if freight is to show to customer as $25 then I have to enter it in backend as Taxed as $22.73

Please advise which is correct way when you are registered for GST and selling prices INC GST in website.
