Woocommerce Freezes during Bulk Upload

    Anytime I try and bulk import data into Woocommerce, I see the loading bar and it freezes about a minute in. Sometimes I try to upload the image urls, descriptions, and other fields but none of my tinkering allows for the bulk upload to go through. If you have any advice, we would love to hear it!

    Hi there! Can you let us know how large the file is that you are trying to upload (how many rows) and whether or not you have tried chopping the file up in smaller bits? It sounds like the upload is maybe too large for the server to deal with.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response! I have broken the file up into various small chunks. I start with 500 rows and have since tried something like 50. Eventually, we need to upload over 30,000 but no matter what size I choose it still does not load. Thanks!

    Hi again – can you pull up your PHP error log and see if there are any fatal errors listed there? Ask your hosting company if you’re not sure where it’s located. Please post the errors here, so we can take a look. Thanks!
