WooCommerce forcing customer to login despite guest checkout enabled

Can you deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if this behaviour persists by ordering a product? if resolved then activate the other plugins one by one while checking which plugin is forcing the customers to create an account. Let us know.

I just found the answer to my question.

The problem is that WooCommerce Subscription ignores the Guest Checkout setting

However, when I enable “Enable customer registration on the “Checkout” page. ” in the “Account” settings, it actually brings up a checkout page where customers can register for an account while checking out, which solves the problem.
