Woocommerce for TikTok Shop

  • Hello! Does anyone know how to add the TikTok shop feature to woocommerce x tiktok? I have started a support ticket in ads.tiktok.com but they inform me that “WooCommerce X TikTok and the Seller Center are two different methods of advertising and selling your products. They are not linked, therefore, on the Seller Center, you must manually upload your products.” My products are synched into ads.tiktok.com catalog manager, but that’s not where I want them. I want them synchronised in the shop.

    I never get theStep 2 options: Select TikTok Shop as the new feature to add, it’s just marketing feature by default. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

    Ok after many days of back and forth with ads.tiktok.com support they finally confirm that the feature doesn’t exist, yet it’s being advertised on woocommerce plugin page.

    I saw someone else has the ‘setup tiktok shop’ button in their plugin installation but the button doesn’t work. I don’t even get the button showing in mine.

    And as of yesterday, tiktok added the plugin to their app store as a way to sync products to shop…yet it still doesn’t work. Such a mess.
