WooCommerce for membership site

I am running several WP-sites, one of them selling books (physical), reports (physical and downloadable) and courses (through LearnDash).

We are a membership-owned oragnisation, and our members/owners are put into 2 tiers; one with full free access to all products, and one with a 50% rebate on all products. Payment for the membership is done through invoicing once a year; i.e. not through our site.

We also sell the same products to non-members, and this is handled through woocommerce.

What plugin/solution would you recommend in order to facilitate this setup?
WooCommerce Memberships, WooCommerce Subscriptions, or other solutions?
