Woocommerce Floating Cart Lite

    Hi,

    I have just been invoiced for Floating Cart Lite, and I have not purchased this product. I have the free plugin installed on client sites.

    I cannot tell who has charged me. Is there any way in finding out who could have charged me for this product ?

    Hi Kristin,

    Are you sure that you are the one who got charged? Maybe you simply received the email while your client actually paid for the license?

    I would need an email, license key or a user id to be able to lookup a transaction.

    Let me know if you have any of this info on the invoice so I can provide more details

    Hi

    It has been debited out of my bank account.

    I don’t have a license key as I haven’t purchased it.
    There has been no email at all received either for anything debited for a purchase.
    Very strange.

    Isn’t the Floating Cart Lite a free plugin ? I have no record of a paid plugin.
    When I google, the purchase price is $59 US and I was charged $99US so that is incorrect anyway.
