    Hi, need some help on this. I encountered a problem regarding Woocommerce after I updated the plugin. I noticed that shipping method is not working properly, everything was set in the Woocommerce settings;Shipping zones – flexible shipping – shipping methods. I did a sample order on a specific product, and after I entered my shipping address and updated my totals, shipping price is still zero.

    It sounds like you’re having trouble with Flexible Shipping – in that case, your best bet is to reach out to the developers here:

    To confirm that the problem is with Flexible Shipping, I’d recommend adding a new shipping method “flat rate” with a price, and then seeing if it comes up on the front end. If it does, then your problem is likely indeed with Flexible Shipping. If not, though, we can help you out further.

    If the flat rate shipping doesn’t work correctly, can you please send me a screenshot of WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping? Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
