Go ahead and add this custom CSS to your site by navigating to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.wc-block-featured-product__wrapper {
    margin-top: 20%;
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 640px) {
    .wc-block-featured-product__wrapper {
    margin-top: 45%;
    }
}

If you can’t see the changes, be sure to clear your browser cache once you’ve added the above CSS.
