Woocommerce Facebook Problems

Hi all,

Having a problem connecting this store to Facebook. Basically all I want to do is to have my Woocommerce store from the website https://www.capturingthemoment.co.uk and have that on my facebook page as well. I’ve seen people do it and it works for them but I’m struggling to do this. I’ve created a pixal (i think) and I have gone into the business.facebook.com and it has my own personal Facebook in the top right corner but for some reason even though I have selected the Capturing The moment page it has gone onto my own Facebook. from what I gather it says the pixal has been created but the products are not showing up on my Facebook store.

After looking a bit more into it, I went into the Pixal tab and it had a green bit next to my pixal name saying it was active but there were no dynamic ads. I tried creating a new one but it will not Verify any new ones I add.

I have noticed that when i log in, it says I don’t have an ad account, I didn’t think I nneded one since I’m not running ads I just want to merge my shops but i may be wrong on that one?

This is my first time doing this and it has become a lot harder than other people have lead me to believe it should be so something has obviously gone wrong somewhere…

When I go into Woocommerce itself and connect it up to Facebook it says it’s synced my products but when I look at my products in the business.facebook part it says it’s only got a catelogue?

any advice on how much I messed it up?
