• I needed to deactivate the Facebook plugin because it was slowing down completely the woocommerce shop. Many cache problems. Now it is disabled but I would need to use. Can you help me ?

    Just to give you more info. I use Litespeed as cache plugin.

    With Facebook pluging activated the images of the shop products where taking 10 seconds to load.

    Also, when I was adding a product in the cart, it was taking almost 1 minute to appear in the cart.

    As soon as I deactivated the Facebook plugin, everything started to work again correctly.

    Hello!

    We have the same issue; all day today, the site was loading in 10-15 seconds. We deactivated the plugin, and it worked perfectly. We just reactivated the plugin, and it seems the problem is resolved. It’s working fine now.

    I’m glad to hear it’s all resolved now, but it would be good to have some info on what happened here and what has been put in place to mitigate any future problems. The impact was extremely disruptive to many website owners, especially as many had just started Black Friday sales, so some details and reassurance would be very welcome.

    Will there be any update to the plugin so if a similar thing happens again, the impact on sites will be minimised?
