    hi

    we want to add extra terms and conditions eg. payment policy, privacy policy , data processing addendum, etc. links during the checkout process, how can we do that easily?

    Hi @cadentic2018,

    You are allowed to add (one) terms and conditions page linked to your site. Instructions on how to do this are here.

    You can link to other policy pages from that one terms page if need be.

    this shows only one ToC can be added but how can we add the rest shall we use shortcode during checkout configurations?

    Hey @cadentic2018,

    Out of the box WooCommerce only allows adding the terms and conditions page but you can use a plugin to add more checkboxes on checkout and link to additional pages. It sounds like the Woo Additional Terms plugin might do the job for you. Here is a direct link to this plugin:
