woocommerce extension plugin error (please help!!)

I recently downloaded an extension for UPS shipping with woocommerce from extensionworks.com – when you download and activate the plugin, a link comes up across the top of the plugin page that prompts you to download their additional plugin (that makes the one I bought, work) and it says “Install the Extension Works Framework plugin”.

When I click it, however, I am given a white page with the following error: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Which is how I got here. I tried contacting the the company, but they’re australian and the line has been busy for over an hour now even though it was only 4pm, monday evening, their time when i first called…

Any advice to help me here???
