    Hi,

    I am having issues with the woocommerce express checkout. I have installed the “Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce” plug in and also the “CartFlows” plug in. I have followed multiple tutorials on youtube on setting up the express checkout button on the checkout page using the “checkout plugins – stripe for woocommerce” plug in.

    I have stripe all set up and all the relevant settings enabled and have google pay/apple pay enabled, but the express checkout options are only appearing intermittently on my checkout page. I am using chrome and microsoft edge. I have to refresh the checkout page multiple times before the express checkout option will appear. When it does appear it is very slow to load the buttons on the checkout page.

    Also when the express checkout button does appear, it is completely unresponsive. I click it and nothing happens at all. I’ve tried this in test mode and live mode, same issue in both modes.

    When testing it on my mobile, the express checkout options never appear.

    Also I have the options for the express checkout to appear on my product pages, basket and check out. The express checkout option never appears on the product pages or the basket, and only appears intermittently on the checkout page as above.

    Lastly, in the demonstation videos on youtube the express checkout button is always black with the google play logo (except when using safari when the apple pay logo displays instead). On my site, the express checkout logo is purple for some reason and doesn’t show the google pay logo.

    Can anyone help with this as I’ve already wasted hours on this issue and aren’t getting anywhere.

    I checked your site, tried to add a product to cart, however, I was unable to do so as seen on the image below:

    Hence, I cannot proceed to the Checkout page to check your issue further.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
