    Hello,

    I change the pixel id, but in the pixel helper I also see the old one.
    I clear cache and everything.

    Woocommerce events don’t work either. They do not appear in the pixel at all.

    What can I do?

    Thank you for contacting our support.

    About your issue, we just checked your website and it seems that (according to TikTok Pixel Helper) you PIxel ID is invalid. Make sure to double-check that you have copied the exact ID.

    About Woocommerce, if you want to track specific events, you have to create them within your Tiktok Dashboard ( https://ads.tiktok.com/help/mobile/article?aid=10025) so that your pixel knows what to do.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the answer. The selection of events has changed from the link in that documentation.

    The plugin does not change the id. It remains only the first set, even if I change.
    What does the selection of events look like now.
