“woocommerce eu vat number” not updating vat amount

Hi,

When I change the “VAT number” on the checkout page, the vat is not correctly updated: changing the text field will not update the cart.
The only way for me to have a change of the ‘vat number’ taken into account is to change the ‘country’ to another one, and switch it back.

I’m running the latest versions of all the plugins.
I don’t have any cache plugins. I’ve tried with both Enfold and Twenty nineteen themes.

Is it a known issue or one that you can reproduce with the latest version?
otherwise any idea what could cause that behaviour?
